Well-proven technique for fabricating precise porcelain shoulders with no marginal gap whatsoever. Mixit saves time when building up porcelain shoulders. Its high internal strength prevents the margins fracturing, which is annoying. Porcelain inlays can also be relined easily. Mixit is a precise, wax-like paste of the purest quality. It can be mixed with any shoulder porcelain using an electric wax-knife and fired using standard procedures. |

Hardens and seals the die without adding a layer. Critical line angles along the preparation margin are strengthened and their mechanical resistance enhanced. The surfaces become dirt and water repellent. Due to diffusion, no layer is added to the surface. |

Easy to use - no special equipment is required. This high precision technique is based on four different high-grade polycarbonate baseplates which are heat-resistant up to 130°C. The fixed pins sit on an absolutely rigid base. By diamond grinding the pins minimum coefficient of thermal expansion is achieved that eliminates distortion. The baseplates include metal plates for magnets and Splitcast components. |

The Trenn-Pen is ideally suited for porcelain shoulders, pontics, adjacent teeth, opposing dentition, etc. Trenn-pen can be applied directly to dense surfaces, such as an epoxy resins - plaster must be sealed in advance with Margidur. |

High class dye spacer with smooth surfaces - also for use when fabricating all-ceramic restorations. This lacquer is highly resistant to chemical and mechanical attack and creates an absolutely uniform layer of approximately 10 microns, including on line and point angles. Purargent is resistant to all separating agents, dries quickly and is heat resistant. |

This system is for thermoforming rigid, precise, fully combustible thermoplastic copings without the need for elaborate equipment. This set contains: Gripping tweezers, tub filled with compression material, scalpel and 100 0.6mm thick thermoforming dics. The foil discs are made of a nonswelling material which guarantees a constant thickness of approximately 0.25mm after thermoforming and burns out at 500°C. |
